Bill Sampson is a gifted, Christian A-Man-Of-God who is the president and CEO of Gods Eye World Outreach, a faith-based Internet business that caters to Churches, Christian artists and individuals and is centered around video production, streaming Christian video messages, artists promotion, hosting individuals special event videos, and selling DVD's, books, and CD's.  His fundamental financial objective is to obtain funds to assist ministries and build churches in areas of the world where the Gospel is desperately needed.

He has been called to create a new standard in faith-based video streaming due to the many inconsistent messages being broadcast on TV, radio, and Internet websites which causees confusion, tolerance to false teaching, and is misleading the lost and unlearned.  In 2009 Gods Eye World Outreach exposed its unique brand of ministry to over 2 million worldwide viewers.  The goal is to have 5 million viewers per year of which 2 million are unique visitors to our worldwide Christian Content Delivery Network.

Prior to his call to this ministry, according to John 15:16, he enjoyed a successful career in sales,  marketing, and  management in technology and industry and as a financial services company business owner.  He had a financially rewarding career and received numerous awards, promotions, and countless forms of recognition.  In the church, he has served in many capacities such as: Sunday School Teacher, Christian Education Director, Deacon,  Mentoring Ministry Leader, Secretary of the Mens Fellowship, Publications contributor and his most rewarding position was serving as an Usher.

Bill is married to a wonderful woman of God, the father of one daughter, and grandfather of three.  He is a graduate engineer, a Bible scholar with an insatiable desire for the Word of God a poet, author, faith-based writer, world traveler and a renaissance man.  This ministry  spiritually supports ministries in countries where Christians are in the minority such as India, Pakistan, Africa and others through its various streaming video messages and financially with the funds that come from purchased services utilized by ministries, artists, businesses and individuals.  His moto is "Give to get to give."
